TAPS stands for Technical Assistance and Project Support and is geared to deliver services and consultancies in technical fields and project management.

TAPS4all is a Private Company Limited by Shares, registered under the Companies Act, No 7 of 2007 in Sri Lanka.

TAPS4all intends to:
1. Provide technical assistance and project support for companies and organizations and carry out consultancies services to companies and organizations, to produce, publish and sell technical assistance and project support related resource materials
2. To carry out businesses related to organizing trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences for managers, engineers, technicians and institutions and design, publish an sell resource materials related thereto
3. To carry out businesses on producing, publishing and selling project cycle management manuals and guidelines to companies and institutions.
4. To provide on the job training and coaching to managers and develop, publish and sell resource materials related to job training and coaching.
